A turn is to be made to the right, through 180°, by raising the left heel and right toes; both knees are to be kept straight.
On completion of this preliminary movement the right foot is to be flat on the ground
and the left heel raised.
After a pause, bend the left knee and resume the position of
attention facing the new direction.
